MAKE TIME:  CURRENTLY 7 - 10 DAYS
As part of our aim to be a sustainable business, all SARINA SONDER pieces are made to order. This ensures that we have no left over garments that will go to waste.

Our pieces are lovingly made in our Melbourne studio, under safe and ethical working conditions. Orders are currently sewn and shipped within 7-10 days from when the order is placed, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours in the queue.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then be notified with a tracking number once your order has been made and shipped. 

 

SHIPPING
Shipping within Australia: 1-2 business days. $10 AUD Flat rate
Shipping Worldwide: 5-10 business days. $20 AUD Flat rate

We provide tracking on all parcels.

If insurance is required, please contact us at info@sarinasonder.com.au for a quote and note that extra charges will apply. The customer will be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on international parcels. 



RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We hope you love your new purchase and continue shopping with us. However, if something isn’t quite right we are happy to exchange or refund goods. We will provide free shipping within Australia if you wish to exchange item(s).

Please notify us at info@sarinasonder.com.au of your intention to return/exchange or refund items strictly within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. You will be allocated a RA (return authorisation) number which must be included with your returned item, written on the original paperwork. Item(s) must be posted within 5 days of email confirmation.

Please note customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

All returned goods must be returned:
— In original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed
— With all original swing tags attached and in good condition
— With the original receipts
— With a RA number

Refunds may take up to 7 days after the order is received in our head office. You will be emailed once the refund is processed. 



FAULTY ITEMS
We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery & pride ourselves on excellent quality garments. However in the unlikely case your item is faulty, we will replace the item for you, or if in the case that this is not possible, you can choose another item. If there’s no suitable replacement item we can offer you a refund. You will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
